Using the Authentication Prompt
The authentication prompt lets you choose how to verify your identity each time you log in.
Supported Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 8 or later, and Opera.
Select which 2FA to use and then choose your authentication method.
|Duo Push||Pushes a login request to your phone or tablet (if you have Duo Mobile installed and activated on your iPhone, Android, or BlackBerry device). Just review the request and tap Approve to log in.|
|Phone call||Authenticate via phone callback.|
Log in using a passcode, either generated with Duo Mobile, sent via SMS, generated by your hardware token, or provided by an administrator.
Click Send SMS passcodes to get a new batch of passcodes.
If this is the device you'll use most often with Duo then you may want to check the Automatically send a push to XXX-XXX-#### from now on. option (where #### is the last four digits of your enrolled device).
When this option is checked Duo automatically sends an authentication request via push notification to the Duo Mobile app on your smartphone, or calls you on your phone for approval.
You can also use U2F Tokens for authentication.
If your administrator has enabled the Duo self-service portal you can also add, update, and remove authentication methods by clicking the Manage Devices button.
